Pharmaceutical and Medical Products Sales Manager
This role is vital in the healthcare industry, where he is responsible for directing and implementing sales strategies to achieve business objectives. This position requires extensive experience in sales, in addition to a deep understanding of medical products and pharmaceuticals. The manager must have the ability to build strong relationships with customers and distributors, and provide technical and commercial support to the sales team.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop sales strategies to achieve specified goals.
  • Manage and guide the sales team to achieve optimal performance.
  • Build strong relationships with customers and distributors to ensure their satisfaction.
  • Analyze market data and competition to identify opportunities and challenges.
  • Provide training and technical support to the sales team.
  • Prepare periodic reports on sales performance and present them to senior management.
  • Coordinate with other departments such as marketing and distribution to ensure effective implementation of strategies.
  • Keep up with new market trends and adapt sales strategies accordingly.

Requirements for the job applicant:
  • At least 10 years of experience in pharmaceutical and medical product sales.
  • Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage the team.
  • Deep knowledge of medical products and pharmaceuticals.
  • The ability to build long-term relationships with customers.
  • Possess strong analytical skills to understand market data.
  • Able to work under pressure and achieve goals.
  • Excellent communication skills in both Arabic and English.
  • Willingness to travel when necessary.
  • Able to use computer programs related to sales management and reporting.
