Operations Executive

About the Role

Amazon Saudi Arabia is seeking an Operations Executive to join its Ultra Fast Grocery (UFG) operations team in Al Qassim. This full-time role is part of a newly formed organization focused on designing and launching new business models across AMET, specifically within the 3P Store Operations. The successful candidate will contribute to redefining fast delivery services for customers.

Role Context and Objectives

This position involves ensuring the consistent implementation and administration of Amazon policies, including attendance tracking. The Operations Executive will be responsible for motivating, coaching, reporting on, and providing feedback regarding associate performance, covering productivity, quality, and safety standards to meet or exceed Amazon expectations. The overarching mission is to enable customers to discover and purchase a wide range of products online.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily end-to-end Under The Roof (UTR) operations for one large site or a combination of smaller sites, supervising store operations.
• Meet customer-facing metrics while maintaining operational and quality targets, and upholding team safety and morale.
• Drive performance management for team members.
• Prepare and implement training and development plans for pickers.
• Collaborate with merchant stakeholders to continuously improve operational processes and achieve sustained performance improvement.
• Conduct 4M / 5S and Safety GEMBA audits for stores on a daily basis.
• Act as a stand-in for the Area Manager when required.

Qualifications and Experience

• 0-1 year of experience in an operations leadership role.
• Demonstrated record of achieving results in an operational environment.
• Ability to manage and supervise store operations effectively.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Al Qassim, Saudi Arabia, within the Amazon Ultra Fast Grocery operations team. The role involves working in a dynamic environment focused on fast delivery and new business model development.
