Architectural CAD Operator

About the Role

Craft Group is seeking an Architectural CAD Operator to join its team in Al Ula, Al Madinah. This full-time position requires a skilled professional with 2-5 years of experience in the architectural field, focusing on drafting and drawing coordination.

Role Overview

The Architectural CAD Operator will be responsible for preparing and revising various architectural drawings, ensuring compliance with project specifications and standards. The role involves close coordination with engineering and site teams to integrate architectural designs with structural and MEP requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and revise architectural shop drawings, as-built drawings, and detailed drawings.
• Coordinate architectural drawings with structural and MEP requirements.
• Update drawings based on actual site conditions and consultant comments.
• Ensure drawings comply with project specifications and approved standards.
• Maintain accurate drawing records and meet submission deadlines.
• Coordinate closely with engineers and the site team.

Qualifications and Experience

• Diploma or degree in Architecture, Drafting, or a related field.
• Two to three years of relevant experience in architectural drafting.
• Strong proficiency in AutoCAD.
• Good knowledge of architectural detailing and construction drawings.
• Proven experience in preparing shop drawings and as-built drawings.

Required Skills

• Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
