The Accounts Receivable Accountant Role

We are seeking an Accounts Receivable Accountant to join the Finance Department at Equinox Resort Amaala. This full-time position is based in Al Wajh, Tabuk, and plays a pivotal role in managing and monitoring the resort’s accounts receivable activities. The primary objective is to ensure accurate and timely collection of outstanding balances, contributing to the successful launch and ongoing operations of the resort.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily accounts receivable transactions, including posting payments, invoices, and adjustments.
• Monitor guest, company, and travel agency accounts and follow up on outstanding balances.
• Prepare and send invoices, statements, and supporting documents to customers and corporate clients.
• Perform daily and monthly reconciliation of accounts receivable balances.
• Coordinate with the Front Office, Sales, Reservations, and Finance teams to resolve billing discrepancies.
• Follow up with customers regarding overdue payments and maintain accurate collection records.
• Assist with month-end closing procedures and prepare relevant AR reports.
• Maintain proper documentation and ensure compliance with hotel accounting policies and procedures.
• Support internal and external audits by providing required financial records and documentation.
• Ensure accuracy, confidentiality, and timely processing of all financial transactions.

Candidate Profile and Requirements

We are looking for a Saudi National with 2-5 years of experience as an Accounts Receivable Accountant. The ideal candidate will be a results-driven professional with a proven track record in the luxury hospitality industry and a commitment to Vision 2030.

This full-time position is based at Equinox Resort Amaala, situated in Amaala on the Red Sea, within the Tabuk region (Al Wajh). The role operates within a dynamic environment focused on the successful launch and ongoing operations of a new luxury resort.
