Gold and Minerals Ltd is seeking an Assistant Field Supervisor to join its operations in Bishah, located in Qal‘at Bīshah, 'Asir, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position supports the implementation of the company's gold and minerals exploration programs, ensuring adherence to established safety practices and environmental codes.

Role Overview

The Assistant Field Supervisor plays a crucial role in supporting the Field Supervisor across all aspects of field operations. This involves contributing to the safe and efficient execution of exploration activities, maintaining logistical integrity, and upholding the company's commitment to environmental protection and safety standards within the field environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement systems for the safe and efficient running of field programs, including personnel transportation, vehicle maintenance, and equipment hire.
• Manage the Gold and Minerals fixed asset inventory list.
• Provide daily oversight of Field Support Teams, including managing overtime records.
• Ensure environmental protection measures are followed and maintained.
• Manage petty cash for field operations.
• Implement and enforce Gold and Minerals Safety policies.
• Prepare and submit weekly reports on logistical elements of field operations.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 5 to 10 years of relevant experience in field supervision or a similar capacity.
• Proven experience managing multinational teams.
• Experience managing Geophysical ground surveys.
• Demonstrated experience managing the field aspects of RC, Diamond, and trenching programs.
• Possession of a full driving license.
• A strong track record in maintaining excellent Safety and Environmental standards.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Bishah, Saudi Arabia. The role involves working in a dynamic field environment, supporting exploration programs and requiring direct engagement with field teams and operations.
