We at Najmat Fawasel Company for Trade and Contracting Limited are looking for a qualified candidate to fill the role of Administrative Assistant to enhance our services. We are looking for an enthusiastic and organized person to help us organize our daily tasks.

Responsibilities:
  • Follow up on the implementation of administrative decisions issued by the direct manager.
  • Organize mail and daily appointments.
  • Complete administrative tasks related to workflow.
  • Coordinate and organize meetings for the direct manager.
  • Open and sort physical mail and distribute it to the relevant parties.
  • Respond to inquiries, phone calls, and manage files.
  • Record and document meeting minutes.
