About the Role:
We are looking for a Customer Experience Specialist with a pivotal role in enhancing customer satisfaction by providing an exceptional and integrated experience with the company's services and products. The primary goal of this role is to build sustainable relationships with customers and maximize their benefits through providing technical support, training, and following up on their feedback to improve processes and products in line with their needs and expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Training new customers to use the platform in a way that ensures their full understanding of all its features and functions.
- Providing support to customers in setting up their accounts and entering their basic data, including the products and services they offer.
- Handling customer technical inquiries through multiple channels (live chat, email, and phone calls) effectively and professionally.
- Diagnosing technical issues and providing immediate solutions or escalating them to the relevant team when necessary.
- Monitoring customer usage of the platform periodically to ensure they derive maximum benefit from it and facilitate any obstacles they encounter.
- Collecting and analyzing customer feedback and suggesting improvements for continuous product and service development.
- Managing accounts and renewing subscriptions while providing innovative solutions that enhance customer experience and support their continuity with the company.
- Providing periodic reports on customer satisfaction and platform performance based on customer interaction.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree (suitable for recent graduates or those with up to two years of experience); there is no specific major, but an interest in technology and customer service is preferred.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain technical information clearly and professionally.
- Passion for technology and continuous learning; any experience in digital systems or cloud solutions is considered an additional advantage.
- Proficiency in using computers and cloud software, with a preference for those with experience in customer management systems or customer support platforms.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively and work within a team to achieve common goals.
- Fluency in Arabic, with a good level of English being a distinctive advantage.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
