An administrative assistant is required to work in a prestigious company, where the ideal candidate must have at least two years of experience in the field of administrative support with complete proficiency in both Arabic and English. The candidate should have high organizational skills and the ability to work under pressure with proficiency in Microsoft Office programs. Main tasks: • Organizing and coordinating schedules, meetings, and agendas • Preparing and coordinating reports and official correspondence • Managing phone calls and emails • Storing and organizing files and documents • Following up on various administrative transactions • Providing logistical support for events and meetings • Coordinating with different departments within the organization.
