Bin Zouma International Trade and Development Company offers a great opportunity to join its team as an Administrative Specialist. You will play a vital role in supporting management and achieving organizational goals.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Follow up on the implementation of administrative decisions issued by the direct supervisor.
  • Organize mail and daily appointments and complete related administrative tasks.
  • Coordinate and organize meetings for the direct supervisor and staff, and participate in writing meeting minutes.
  • Periodic verification of the employee database.
  • Responding to inquiries and phone calls and organizing private files.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Management Information Systems or Executive Secretarial.
  • Experience in customer service.
  • Advanced skills in email management software and office machines.
  • Ability to take responsibility and manage work.
  • Arabic - Advanced, English - Intermediate.

The job location is in the Eastern Province (Dammam). It is preferable that the residence is near the company headquarters. The salary may be subject to change after the interview.

What You Will Do

  • Contracting: Draft, review, and negotiate contracts to ensure the best terms and conditions for the company. Ensure all contracts comply with company policies and legal requirements.
