Main Responsibilities:- Follow up on the implementation of administrative decisions issued by the direct supervisor.
- Organize mail and daily appointments and complete related administrative tasks.
- Coordinate and organize meetings for the direct supervisor and staff, and participate in writing meeting minutes.
- Periodic verification of the employee database.
- Responding to inquiries and phone calls and organizing private files.
Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Management Information Systems or Executive Secretarial.
- Experience in customer service.
- Advanced skills in email management software and office machines.
- Ability to take responsibility and manage work.
- Arabic - Advanced, English - Intermediate.
The job location is in the Eastern Province (Dammam). It is preferable that the residence is near the company headquarters. The salary may be subject to change after the interview.
