In this crucial role at EnergyTech, you will provide essential technical support, ensuring that all IT equipment is operating at optimal levels and assisting colleagues with technology needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Technical Support: Deliver first-line support for hardware, software, and network issues. Respond to service desk tickets, troubleshoot problems, and ensure timely resolutions.
  • Hardware & Software Maintenance: Install, configure, and maintain IT equipment. Regularly update software applications and manage IT asset inventory.
  • Network Support: Maintain local area networks (LAN) and monitor network performance.
  • System Administration Support: Create and manage user accounts and access controls while ensuring compliance with IT policies.
  • IT Projects Support: Assist in deploying new systems, support training sessions, and develop internal knowledge resources.

Qualifications:
  • Education: Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Experience: 1 to 3 years in a similar role.

Skills Required:
  • Technical Skills: Basic knowledge of hardware, software, and network systems.
  • Problem-Solving: Proficient in troubleshooting technical issues.
