Key Responsibilities:- General IT Support:
- Respond promptly to IT requests via our ticketing system.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues.
- Configure and maintain desktops, laptops, and mobile devices.
- Install operating systems and standard applications.
- Support user account management and remote access solutions.
- Document IT processes and maintain inventory records.
- Audio & Visual (A/V) Support:
- Set up and troubleshoot A/V equipment for various events.
- Provide technical support for platforms like Microsoft Teams and Zoom.
- Coordinate with vendors for complex setups or issues.
Requirements:- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of IT support experience.
- Strong familiarity with Windows OS and Microsoft 365.
- Excellent troubleshooting skills and customer service abilities.
- Relevant IT certifications (CompTIA A+, Microsoft MCP, etc.).
