- Prepare technical reports and document faults and periodic maintenance.

Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or Management Information Systems.
- At least two years of experience in the field of technology or technical support.
- Preferred candidates hold professional certifications such as CompTIA A+/Network+, CCNA, or Microsoft Certified.
