Join Our Team as an IT Support Technician!
We are looking for a skilled IT Support & Maintenance Technician to be a part of our dynamic team at شركة تقنيات القمم in Abha, Saudi Arabia. In this role, you will ensure the seamless operation of technology, supporting and maintaining our IT infrastructure with your expertise.

Key Responsibilities:
• Perform maintenance, preparation, and configuration of computers and printers according to project requirements.
• Install, configure, and maintain operating systems and technical support tools.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network-related issues, escalating complex problems when necessary.
• Provide timely technical support to end users to ensure continuity of business operations.
• Monitor technical support tickets and update maintenance and service reports.
• Ensure compliance with IT policies and best practices during support activities.
• Maintain accurate documentation of support actions and system configurations.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in IT support and maintenance.
• Strong knowledge of computer hardware and peripherals.
• Experience with Windows operating systems.
• Basic understanding of networking concepts and troubleshooting.
• Proficiency in using ticketing systems and remote support tools.

Soft Skills:
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication skills and customer-oriented mindset.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple support requests effectively.

Preferred Certifications:
• CompTIA A+
• CompTIA Network+
• ITIL Foundation
