Join Our Team as an Executive Housekeeper!
At IHG Hotels & Resorts, we are searching for a dedicated Executive Housekeeper who can maintain our high standards and ensure every room is perfect for our guests. As a vital part of our team, you will manage all aspects of our housekeeping and laundry operations, delivering memorable and unique guest experiences with every stay.

Your Responsibilities:

Manage, coach, and develop a team dedicated to exceptional housekeeping and laundry standards.
Maintain and order supplies and equipment, supporting our green initiatives by minimizing waste.
Help refine and prepare budgets to maximize profitability.
Address special requests for guests, VIPs, repeat visitors, and VIP Club members.
Assist with deep cleaning projects and provide support during busy periods.
Educate team members on compliance with federal, state, and local laws and safety standards.

What We Need from You:

Excellent communication and strong interpersonal skills.
Acumen in business language and tools.
Bachelor's Degree or higher in hospitality or a related field.
3+ years of total experience in a catering or related setting.
Direct supervisory experience over a sales/catering team or an equivalent combination of education and work experience.
Ability to speak local language(s).
Additional qualifications may apply per brand standards.
