Join Our Team as an Executive Housekeeper!
At IHG Hotels & Resorts, we are searching for a dedicated Executive Housekeeper who can maintain our high standards and ensure every room is perfect for our guests. As a vital part of our team, you will manage all aspects of our housekeeping and laundry operations, delivering memorable and unique guest experiences with every stay.

Your Responsibilities:
  • Manage, coach, and develop a team dedicated to exceptional housekeeping and laundry standards.
  • Maintain and order supplies and equipment, supporting our green initiatives by minimizing waste.
  • Help refine and prepare budgets to maximize profitability.
  • Address special requests for guests, VIPs, repeat visitors, and VIP Club members.
  • Assist with deep cleaning projects and provide support during busy periods.
  • Educate team members on compliance with federal, state, and local laws and safety standards.

What We Need from You:
  • Excellent communication and strong interpersonal skills.
  • Acumen in business language and tools.
  • Bachelor's Degree or higher in hospitality or a related field.
  • 3+ years of total experience in a catering or related setting.
  • Direct supervisory experience over a sales/catering team or an equivalent combination of education and work experience.
  • Ability to speak local language(s).
  • Additional qualifications may apply per brand standards.
