About the Role:The IT Support and Maintenance Technician is responsible for:
- Installing and configuring computers, software, networks, and peripherals.
- Monitoring network systems and maintaining computer systems.
- Responding timely to technical support issues and requests.
- Providing technical support in person or remotely.
- Setting up accounts for new users and troubleshooting technical problems.
- Testing new technologies and software systems.
- Training junior staff and providing procedural documentation.
Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field.
- Proficiency in both Arabic and English, spoken and written.
- Strong attention to detail, listening skills, and troubleshooting abilities.
