From 12:00 PM to 8:00 PM (On-the-Job Training OJT).
From 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM (Theoretical training).

Job description:
Purpose of the job:
Planning and delivering training programs in accordance with quality standards and academy policies, and training trainees according to their different levels while supporting their progress and skill development.
Main tasks and responsibilities:
Cooperating with managers to identify training needs.

Delivering training courses, workshops, and individual sessions.

Preparing training materials such as training unit summaries, videos, and others.

Supporting and guiding new employees and supervising them.

Implementing training curricula and designing and executing training programs.

Selecting and reserving training venues when needed.

Monitoring the attendance of trainees and their training records.

Monitoring trainees' performance and submitting reports related to their progress.

Supervising on-the-job training (OJT).

Keeping evaluation records and using Learning Management Systems (LMS) to manage trainee data.

Providing continuous support to trainees during the training period.

Requirements

  • GOSI Registration Required or Sponsorship Transfer
  • Requires 2-5 Years experience
  • Expert or Advanced in English

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field from an accredited institution.
  • Minimum of 7–10 years of accounting experience, preferably within financial services or investment management.
  • Strong understanding of IFRS and general accounting principles.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (*, Oracle, SAP, or similar).
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Fluency in English; Arabic proficiency is an advantage.
