- Market Research & Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to identify trends and opportunities in the construction industry.
- Client Relationships Management: Develop and maintain strong partnerships with existing and potential clients.
- Business Strategy Development: Support the creation and implementation of effective business development strategies.
- Proposal and Contract Management: Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and manage contract negotiations.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless project execution.

Qualifications:

- Deep understanding of the construction market and local compliance standards.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills, fluency in Arabic is required.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
