Join NOV Inc. as a Senior Accountant! We are looking for a qualified professional who is ready to take on the challenges of statutory reporting and audits within our esteemed organization.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead the preparation of timely and accurate quarterly and annual statutory financial statements for local entities in line with IFRS.
  • Coordinate with external auditors and internal accounting teams to ensure efficient annual audits for all legal entities.
  • Support regular periodic analytical reviews, set KPIs, and monitor performance.
  • Assist in ensuring compliance with direct and indirect tax requirements, supporting annual tax return filings.
  • Participate in special projects as assigned by management.

Requirements:
  • Must be a Chartered Accountant (ACA or CPA) with a minimum of 3 years' experience in a big 4 accounting firm.
  • Knowledge of US GAAP and IFRS is essential.
  • Experience in a multinational organization is an advantage.
  • Excellent organizational and leadership skills are required.
