We are currently seeking passionate and dynamic guest-focused Housekeeping professionals who pride themselves on their ability to deliver extraordinary levels of customer service and provide creative solutions to our guests.
Your Role
As a Housekeeping Supervisor, you will be responsible for supervising the team of Housekeeping Attendants towards achieving operational objectives while ensuring that the standards of cleanliness and maintenance of the hotel meet specified requirements. Your key responsibilities will include:
Qualifications & Experience
You should ideally have a diploma or vocational training in hospitality with previous minor supervisory experience within the Housekeeping Department of a hotel. Good command of written and spoken English, strong interpersonal skills, and problem-solving abilities are essential. Computer literacy and experience with Opera are an advantage.
Knowledge & Competencies

Your Role
As a Housekeeping Supervisor, you will be responsible for supervising the team of Housekeeping Attendants towards achieving operational objectives while ensuring that the standards of cleanliness and maintenance of the hotel meet specified requirements. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Preparing job assignments for Housekeeping Attendants
- Issuing keys and supplies to Housekeeping Attendants
- Taking note of VIPs, Do Not Disturb, Sleep Outs, and Double-Lock Rooms and taking appropriate action
- Attending daily meetings and receiving special instructions
- Receiving check-outs before reporting them as vacant
- Handling special requests from guests
- Inspecting cleaned areas to ensure standards are met
- Filling out reports and handling lost articles
- Supervising the cleaning of guest rooms, corridors, and stairwells
- Training and assisting Housekeeping Attendants
- Assisting with inventory and maintenance of housekeeping machines and equipment
