We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team in Dammam. The Customer Service Senior Officer plays a crucial role in managing and processing sales orders received from both local and export markets, ensuring accuracy and timely communication with our sales teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Receive and process sales orders and amendments from various areas including local and export.
  • Maintain a detailed file of received orders for traceability.
  • Verify that all required information and documents are accurately received.
  • Communicate any discrepancies or missing information to the sales team via email.
  • Obtain necessary approvals for orders, including those from the sales and general managers.
  • Log all sales orders and amendments in the shared order history folder.
  • Ensure systems approve all logged orders and amendments.
