Key Responsibilities:
- Receive and process sales orders and amendments from various areas including local and export.
- Maintain a detailed file of received orders for traceability.
- Verify that all required information and documents are accurately received.
- Communicate any discrepancies or missing information to the sales team via email.
- Obtain necessary approvals for orders, including those from the sales and general managers.
- Log all sales orders and amendments in the shared order history folder.
- Ensure systems approve all logged orders and amendments.
