Join the United Goals Foundation logistics team as a Human Resources Operations Specialist! In this active position, you will be responsible for implementing procedures and systems for monitoring employee attendance.

Responsibilities:
  • Monitor attendance of branch employees and apply attendance policy.
  • Manage employee leave including responding to complaints and inquiries in a professional manner.
  • Update employee information and document it in the database.
  • Conduct interviews and provide workforce.

Qualifications: A bachelor's degree in business administration or human resources or management information systems or executive secretarial. At least two years of practical experience is required. Certified credentials such as (CIPD-CPP) are preferred and proficiency in both Arabic and English is preferred.
