The Manager, HR Digital Transformation will lead the development and execution of HR digital initiatives, enhancing HR systems and processes across Zamil Industrial. This role is pivotal in delivering technology-driven improvements that impact talent management, employee engagement, and strategic decision-making.
Requirements Summary:
- Develop and Execute a strategic HR Digital Transformation roadmap aligned with business objectives.
- Implement HR Technology Solutions: Oversee the deployment of HRIS, LMS, performance management, and employee engagement platforms.
- Process Innovation: Analyze current HR processes and design technology-driven improvements to maximize efficiency.
- Data Governance: Ensure the integrity, security, and compliance of all HR data across platforms.
- Change Management: Lead organizational adoption of new technologies through structured training, communication, and stakeholder engagement.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with IT, Shared Services, Finance, and external vendors to drive digital initiatives.
- Team Leadership: Manage HRIS specialists, develop KPIs, and foster a high-performance digital HR team.
- Continuous Improvement: Stay abreast of HR technology trends and embed a culture of continuous innovation.
Candidate Profile:
- Minimum 10 years of HR experience with a strong focus on HR technology and digital transformation.
- Proven experience in managing HR digital projects end-to-end, including planning, execution, stakeholder engagement, and risk management.
- Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and complex program management skills.
- In-depth understanding of ERP Systems (Oracle), Cybersecurity (CISM), Agile Development, Cloud Solutions (SaaS/Serverless), Big Data, Machine Learning, and AI.
- Demonstrated ability to work across multiple departments and with external partners.
- Metrics-driven approach with a focus on delivering measurable outcomes.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field (required).
- Master’s degree in business administration with HR specialization (preferred).
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Arabic (mandatory).
