We are seeking a dynamic HR Business Partner to enhance HR policies and manage employee relations for our team of around 150 employees across multiple locations. If you're a Saudi national with 58 years of experience in HR Management, this role is tailored for you.
About the Role:
- Act as the HR Business Partner for the local management team.
- Implement and evaluate employee relations and HR policies to attract and retain talent.
- Administer compensation, benefits and manage performance management systems.
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and government regulations.
- Support recruitment and manage staffing duties including disciplinary procedures.
- Maintain accurate personnel records and compile statistical reports to enhance personnel policies.
Qualifications:
- 58 years of HR Management experience.
- Knowledge of employment law and complex employee-related cases.
- Proficient in HR systems and have strong communication skills in Arabic and English.
- Capable of problem-solving and confident in working with senior stakeholders.
