A human resources operations specialist is required to work in a prestigious company, where he will be responsible for managing and executing all operations related to human resources efficiently and effectively. The candidate must have at least 3 years of experience in the field of human resources with high communication and organizational skills. The main responsibilities include:
Compliance and commitment officer
Attendance and departure
Saudi nationality only
Information Technology specialty
Proficient in working on fingerprint devices
Proficient in working on ERB systems
Trustworthy, accurate, and disciplined
Monitors daily attendance and attendance issues and connects between devices and the Odoo system, prepares lists of employees for each work area, manages transfers, and adds fingerprints. Prepares monthly attendance reports
Works in the office and may require occasional travel for projects
