Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure compliance with company policies and standards in talent acquisition.
- Implement recruitment strategies prepared by department heads.
- Market the identity of Al-Jabr Group professionally.
- Create and maintain a database of potential candidates for vacancies.
- Coordinate with department managers to define job descriptions and required competencies.
- Conduct initial interviews and assessments to ensure optimal candidate selection.
- Verify candidates’ qualifications and ensure their authenticity.
- Review job applications and update the company website with job opportunities.
- Organize onboarding sessions and arrange workshops and training programs.
Job Requirements:
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Familiarity with modern recruitment practices.
- Ability to interact professionally with candidates.
- Excellent communication and persuasion skills.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or Business Administration.
- Diploma in Human Resources or Business Administration.
Experience Required:
- Minimum of 2 years for Bachelor's degree holders.
- Minimum of 4 years for Diploma holders.
