• Collaboration & Continuous Improvement: Work with managers to assess training needs and recommend innovative training methodologies.

Qualifications:
Applicants should possess a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Education, or a related field, along with 24 years of experience in training coordination or HR support. Strong organizational skills, communication abilities, and proficiency in MS Office and Learning Management Systems are essential for success in this role.

As a QC Tester, you will perform critical testing of fiberglass piping, providing quality control testing support for manufacturing process control. You will operate laboratory test equipment, ensuring our products meet the highest standards.

Responsibilities:

• Quality Control testing support for manufacturing.
• Test raw materials and finished fiberglass products.
• Inspect pipes prior to testing and maintain logs.
• Identify defects according to acceptance criteria.
• Responsible for spooling pipe from the production reel.
• Extract and perform samples for QC inspection.
• Maintain clean and organized work areas.
• General maintenance of process equipment.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 2 years experience in quality control and inspection.
• Basic skills in reading, writing, and arithmetic.
• Manual dexterity is required for operating machinery.
• Ability to communicate in English; Arabic is a plus.
• Knowledge working with Quality Management Systems (QMS) is beneficial.
