Key Accountabilities:
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Oversee digital and traditional marketing campaigns, including social media, SEO, and paid advertising.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and customer preferences.
  • Manage branding, PR, and corporate communications to enhance market positioning.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to drive lead generation and conversion.
  • Develop marketing budgets, track performance, and optimize campaign ROI.
  • Supervise and mentor the marketing team to ensure high performance.
  • Establish partnerships with agencies, vendors, and media outlets.
  • Plan and execute real estate events, exhibitions, and promotional activities.
  • Ensure marketing compliance with industry regulations and company policies.

Knowledge, Skills, and Experience Required:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 7+ years of marketing experience, preferably in real estate.
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing, branding, and lead generation.
  • Experience in managing teams and cross-functional collaboration with sales.
  • Proficiency in market research, data analysis, and performance tracking.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
  • Familiarity with CRM, marketing automation tools, and digital analytics.
  • Ability to develop and manage marketing budgets effectively.
  • Knowledge of the Saudi real estate market is a plus.
  • Fluency in English and Arabic is preferred.
