- Insurance Companies:
- Communicate effectively with all insurance companies in your designated region.
- Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers.
- Promote hospital services during visits to insurance subsidiaries to enhance patient referrals.
- Conduct performance reviews and report market trends.
- Direct Contracts:
- Focus on driving patient flow from inactive corporate accounts.
- Seek new business opportunities with uncontracted corporate clients.
- Monitor performance and analyze contract success monthly.
- Referrals:
- Target doctors and healthcare professionals to boost patient admissions from private clinics, polyclinics, and optical shops.
- Plan regular visits to maintaining strong relationships with referring partners.
- Forecast patient flow and report on performance monthly.
- Charity Organizations:
- Engage with charity organizations to facilitate patient referrals.
Job Requirements:
- Education: Medical background (Doctor or Pharmacist).
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years as a Medical Representative in healthcare-related sales.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Knowledge of insurance processes, corporate contracts, and referral networks.
- Analytical skills to assess market trends and develop strategic sales plans.
- Valid driver’s license.
