About the Role:
As a Production Supervisor, you will coordinate food processing while adhering to sanitation standards, monitoring performance, managing production processes, and training workers. You will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our production lines while promoting a culture of safety and quality.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Control production parameters and implement corrective actions.
  • Propose technical and organizational improvements.
  • Manage staff by integrating, training, and appraising their performance.
  • Follow production planning, manage packaging supply and production sequences.
  • Collect and analyze production data and communicate results.
  • Ensure hygiene and quality standards are upheld.

Requirements & Skills:
  • Degree in Food & Dairy Industry Engineering or equivalent.
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written).
  • Minimum 2 years in a leadership role in the food industry; 5 years in manufacturing experience.
  • HACCP knowledge and experience in food safety procedures.
  • Strong technical skills in machinery setup and adjustment.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
