Join Lucy Electric as a Purchasing Specialist!

As a global business that provides medium voltage switching and protection solutions for electrical distribution systems, Lucy Electric is dedicated to cultivating our service provision. This role involves key responsibilities in vendor development and procurement that are crucial for our operations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Vendor development for localization
- Purchase direct and indirect materials according to demand
- Settle purchase rates and negotiate with suppliers
- Conduct supplier quality audits
- Source new suppliers as per QMS guidelines
- Review drawings and specifications
- Perform should cost analyses
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders on new suppliers
- Manage tool and die development along with contracts
- Implement supplier quality improvements and cost reductions

Qualifications:
To successfully fill this role, you must possess:
- Over 4 years of experience in purchasing or vendor development in electrical/mechanical consumables
- Strong negotiation skills and technical knowledge of materials
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics Management, or related engineering field
- Experience with ERP systems, preferably Microsoft AX
- Data-oriented decision-making and impeccable integrity
