As a Sales Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth and fostering client relationships. Our company, established in 1998, leads the industrial manufacturing sector with a focus on oil & gas chemicals, drilling fluids engineering, and more. We operate across the GCC, North Africa, East Africa, and India.

Roles & Responsibilities:
  • Attract new clients by innovating and overseeing the sales process.
  • Identify and manage company risks with senior team members.
  • Research opportunities in new and existing markets.
  • Prepare and deliver pitches to potential clients.
  • Foster a collaborative environment.
  • Communicate client needs and offer tailored solutions.
  • Maintain CRM activities.
  • Ensure excellent customer service and follow-ups.
  • Manage the sales lifecycle from prospecting to implementation.
  • Run outbound campaigns to create sales opportunities.

Desired Candidate Profile:
  • B-Tech or Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or related field.
