As a pivotal role within our Sales department, you will lead our team to achieve sales, profitability, and collection targets in the Dammam region.
Your Responsibilities:
- Increase the customer base with quality clients and identify their needs through close interaction.
- Demonstrate products on-site to ensure suitability to customer requirements.
- Identify upcoming projects early and conduct thorough credibility checks on new customers.
- Manage after-sales services and customer complaints effectively.
- Provide clear communication regarding credit periods and payment terms.
- Oversee the training and evaluation of sales staff to help them meet and surpass their targets.
- Coordinate with Supply Chain and Customer Service teams to meet customer order demands.
Your Expertise:
- A degree in Civil Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering or a related field.
- Fluent in both Arabic and English, with strong communication skills.
- Self-motivated with knowledge in the facade and curtain wall market.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and teamwork skills.
