Preferred Candidate:

Minimum 5 years of experience in procurement, preferably in construction or project management.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent negotiation and communication abilities.
Detail-oriented with effective organizational skills.
Proficient in procurement software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Able to build and maintain relationships with suppliers and stakeholders.
