Job Title: Quality and Safety Officer

Job Description: At Amkor Saudi Arabia, we are looking for a Quality Specialist to design quality management guides and models, and implement quality standards and specifications. You will need to study customer satisfaction levels regarding service quality and develop quality audit systems and procedures.

Main Responsibilities:

• Study, analyze, and design quality management guides and models.
• Define and develop specifications and standards for various processes.
• Contribute to the development of quality standards for initiatives and programs.
• Prepare a questionnaire to measure customer satisfaction with service quality.
• Develop quality audit procedures and participate in audit planning.
• Prepare documents and reports related to quality and provide appropriate recommendations and solutions.

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in health services management, quality management, or industrial engineering and systems.

Work Experience: 3 years of experience required.

Languages: Arabic (Advanced), English (Advanced).

Skills: Quality assurance, quality auditing, report preparation, quality standards evaluation.

Are you ready to be a part of a team that powers the industry that powers the world? As a QC Tester, you will perform critical testing of fiberglass piping, providing quality control testing support for manufacturing process control. You will operate laboratory test equipment, ensuring our products meet the highest standards.

Responsibilities:

• Quality Control testing support for manufacturing.
• Test raw materials and finished fiberglass products.
• Inspect pipes prior to testing and maintain logs.
• Identify defects according to acceptance criteria.
• Responsible for spooling pipe from the production reel.
• Extract and perform samples for QC inspection.
• Maintain clean and organized work areas.
• General maintenance of process equipment.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 2 years experience in quality control and inspection.
• Basic skills in reading, writing, and arithmetic.
• Manual dexterity is required for operating machinery.
• Ability to communicate in English; Arabic is a plus.
• Knowledge working with Quality Management Systems (QMS) is beneficial.
