As a Sales Manager, you will lead and manage a dynamic team of Sales Consultants/Supervisors. Your focus will be on training, developing, and motivating the team to achieve sales targets and enhance their skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a sales team while delivering leadership and coaching on sales techniques.
  • Plan and oversee sales team training on CRM.
  • Develop sales strategies to meet organizational goals and revenue objectives.
  • Set individual and monthly sales targets for the team and ensure achievement of these targets.
  • Generate leads and prospects through various channels.
  • Recruit and train new sales agents.
  • Track, interpret, and report sales performance metrics to senior management.
  • Ensure the sales team has necessary resources for success.
  • Provide feedback from customers to enhance marketing and operations.
  • Conduct regular field visits to maintain agency data and track performance.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in sales, business administration, or relevant field.
  • 8 years of sales experience, with at least 3 years in team management.
  • Strong knowledge of the local market and different sales techniques.
  • Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.
  • Valid KSA license.
