As a Sales Manager, you will lead and manage a dynamic team of Sales Consultants/Supervisors. Your focus will be on training, developing, and motivating the team to achieve sales targets and enhance their skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a sales team while delivering leadership and coaching on sales techniques.
- Plan and oversee sales team training on CRM.
- Develop sales strategies to meet organizational goals and revenue objectives.
- Set individual and monthly sales targets for the team and ensure achievement of these targets.
- Generate leads and prospects through various channels.
- Recruit and train new sales agents.
- Track, interpret, and report sales performance metrics to senior management.
- Ensure the sales team has necessary resources for success.
- Provide feedback from customers to enhance marketing and operations.
- Conduct regular field visits to maintain agency data and track performance.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in sales, business administration, or relevant field.
- 8 years of sales experience, with at least 3 years in team management.
- Strong knowledge of the local market and different sales techniques.
- Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Valid KSA license.
