Responsibilities:

  • Engage with potential clients to understand their needs and propose relevant solutions.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Develop customized sales proposals and conduct presentations showcasing product value.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and solution delivery.
  • Stay updated with company products, industry trends, and competitors.
  • Achieve or exceed sales targets contributing to overall growth strategy.
  • Regularly update CRM systems with sales activities and client interactions.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in MIS, Software Engineering, IT, or a related field.
  • 02 years of sales experience required.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Results-driven with a proactive and strategic approach to sales.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and sales tracking systems.
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively.

Job Purpose:
Responsible for selling products or services, contacting potential buyers, presenting products and services, answering questions and discussing pricing.

Key Accountabilities:
  • Generating leads.
  • Meeting or exceeding sales goals.
  • Negotiating all contracts with prospective clients.
  • Helping determine pricing schedules for quotes, promotions and negotiations.
  • Preparing weekly and monthly reports.
  • Giving sales presentations to a range of prospective clients.
  • Coordinating sales efforts with marketing programs.
  • Understanding and promoting company programs.
  • Obtaining deposits and balance of payment from clients.
  • Preparing and submitting sales contracts for orders.

Qualifications and Experience:
