We at Nawara are looking for a dynamic and dedicated sales employee to join our team in Dammam.

As a sales employee, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and expand the customer base. Your tasks and responsibilities include:
  • Identifying and targeting potential clients in various industries that need shipping services.
  • Promoting the company's complete logistics service offering (sea, air, and land shipping).
  • Building and maintaining strong and lasting relationships with clients.
  • Negotiating and closing business deals that enhance sustainable revenue.
  • Coordinating with internal departments (operations, customs clearance, storage) to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Monitoring market trends and competitors' activities and identifying business opportunities.
  • Preparing weekly and monthly sales reports and forecasts for senior management.
  • Training and mentoring new sales team members as much as possible.

Requirements:
  • Ability to analyze targets, customers, and challenges before planning sales-related activities.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Previous sales experience is considered an advantage.
  • Ability to use technological methods to facilitate communication and interaction with customers.
