Job Purpose:
As a Sales Representative, you will act as the frontline executor of our sales plan to drive revenue by attracting new merchants and responding to their feedback while maintaining excellent relationships with existing clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Build and maintain excellent relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Conduct field visits to generate new business.
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and yearly revenue targets.
  • Respond to customer feedback and channel it to relevant stakeholders.
  • Prepare quotations and follow up to close deals.
  • Discuss Geidea's products and services through effective communication methods.

Qualifications:
  • 02 years of relevant experience preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree in any field.
  • Fintech background is preferable.

About this Position
We are seeking a Senior Sales Specialist with strong experience in the KSA FMCG market to drive sales growth and ensure collection targets are met for the Adhesives Division. The ideal candidate must be an Arabic speaker with a proven track record in field sales and distributor management.

  • Strong experience in retail sales operations within the KSA market.
  • Proficient in MS Office for reporting and analysis.
  • Strong negotiation and follow-up skills with a determination to achieve results.
  • Leadership skills to steer and motivate the sales team daily.
  • Proactive, positive, and a team player with an enabler mindset.
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel extensively.
