As a Sales Associate, you will play a crucial role in representing our brand by maximizing sales through exceptional customer service and a top-notch retail experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Greet customers and assist them in product selection, converting window shoppers to buyers.
  • Promote the Club Apparel Loyalty Program for repeat sales.
  • Provide customer service according to the company guidelines (GUEST – Greet, Understand, Explain, Sell, Thank).
  • Maintain an attractive store appearance and adhere to visual merchandising standards.
  • Ensure knowledge of various brands within the group to assist customers effectively.
  • Handle operational duties like inventory management and Point of Sale (POS) transactions.
  • Adhere to loss prevention and confidentiality policies.
  • Work flexible hours, especially during sales periods.

Requirements:
  • Presentable and well-groomed at all times.
  • Willingness to work varied shifts and overtime based on business needs.
  • Up-to-date product knowledge to minimize stock loss.

About this Position
We are seeking a Senior Sales Specialist with strong experience in the KSA FMCG market to drive sales growth and ensure collection targets are met for the Adhesives Division. The ideal candidate must be an Arabic speaker with a proven track record in field sales and distributor management.

What You’ll Do

  • Strong experience in retail sales operations within the KSA market.
  • Proficient in MS Office for reporting and analysis.
  • Strong negotiation and follow-up skills with a determination to achieve results.
  • Leadership skills to steer and motivate the sales team daily.
  • Proactive, positive, and a team player with an enabler mindset.
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel extensively.
