Job Description

A Sales Supervisor is responsible for overseeing a team of sales representatives, ensuring sales targets are met, and maintaining excellent customer relationships. They provide leadership, training, and support to the sales team while developing and implementing strategies to drive revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Team Management: Supervise, train, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team sales goals.

Sales Performance: Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.

Customer Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.

Sales Strategy: Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and market share.

Reporting: Prepare sales reports, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and present findings to management.

Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, customer service, and other departments to ensure seamless operations.

Problem-Solving: Address and resolve customer complaints, sales issues, and team conflicts effectively.

Training & Development: Conduct training sessions to improve the skills and product knowledge of sales representatives.
