We are seeking a motivated Sales Specialist to manage our company's sales activities effectively and drive growth.

Roles & Responsibilities:
  • Present, promote, and sell products/services to existing and prospective customers.
  • Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to satisfy their requirements.
  • Establish and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
  • Reach out to customer leads through cold calling.
  • Resolve customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction.
  • Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule.
  • Coordinate sales efforts with team members and other departments.
  • Analyze the territory/market's potential, track sales, and prepare status reports.
  • Supply management with insights on customer needs, problems, interests, and competitive activities.
  • Stay updated on best practices and promotional trends.
  • Continuously improve through feedback.

Desired Candidate Profile:
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in sales.
  • Hold a Bachelor’s degree in relevant fields such as Medical Laboratory, Hematology, Molecular Diagnostics, etc.
  • Proficient in English, both written and spoken.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong knowledge of MS Office.
  • Familiar with BRM and CRM practices.
  • Highly motivated and target-driven with a proven sales record.
  • Exceptional selling, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Strong prioritization, time management, and organizational abilities.
  • Able to create and deliver tailored presentations.
  • Valid driving license.
