We are seeking a proficient Office Secretary for our office located in Dammam, Saudi Arabia. This role is crucial in ensuring seamless office operations through robust administrative support and effective communication.

Job Summary:
As an Office Secretary, your primary responsibility will be to manage daily office activities, assist with both internal and external communications, and contribute significantly to a professional office environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administrative Support: Handle phone calls, greet visitors, manage office files, coordinate schedules and appointments, and assist with office supply management.
  • Communication and Coordination: Prepare and distribute communications, facilitate inter-departmental interactions, and assist in document preparation.
  • Data Entry and Record Keeping: Maintain important records, and handle confidential information responsibly.
  • Office Maintenance: Ensure a clean and organized office environment and oversee office events.
  • Support for Management: Provide assistance to managers, arrange travel, and prepare meeting agendas.
  • Customer Service: Respond to inquiries with professionalism and ensure high-quality service.

Qualifications and Skills:
  • High school diploma or equivalent; certification in office administration is a plus.
  • Proven experience in an office setting.
  • Strong communication skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Proactive and reliable attitude.

Working Conditions:
This role is situated in a standard office environment and may require limited lifting and occasional overtime. Ideal candidates should demonstrate a proactive approach and a keen interest in fostering a productive office atmosphere.
