Your Role
We are looking for an experienced and self-driven Sea Logistics Sales Representative with sea logistics sales experience and a strong motivation to hunt for new business. In this role, you will acquire, win, and retain new customers while maintaining close collaboration with key stakeholders to maximize business opportunities and achieve agreed goals. You will spend most of your time in customer-facing activities and work alongside the Customer Care Personnel.

Your Responsibilities
- Generate new sea logistics business opportunities with a focus on SME accounts.
- Prepare quotations using our online tools and submit proposals to customers.
- Deliver presentations on our main sea logistics products.
- Monitor competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing and products.
- Report customer complaints to the Customer Care Team.
- Align with the Customer Care Team when onboarding new customers to provide complete content in the Customer Promise/CCL handover form.
- Demonstrate superior Sea Logistics product and trade knowledge.
Your Skills and Experiences
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or a similar discipline or relevant Sea Logistics Sales experience.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in the freight forwarding industry in Saudi Arabia.
- Minimum 2 years in sea logistics sales in Saudi Arabia, focusing on developing sea logistics SME accounts.
- Self-starter and proactive with the ability to develop new business.
- Good command of the English language and native Arabic speaker.
