We are seeking a dedicated Store Keeper to maintain our store operations and ensure a smooth flow of materials within our organization. This role plays a critical part in ensuring that our company’s requirements are available at all times.
General Responsibilities:
- Comply fully with PIPECARE IT requirements and maintain confidentiality of company secrets.
- Demonstrate quality consciousness and act in a manner that respects PIPECARE’s reputation.
- Respond positively to changes and interact with other departments as necessary.
- Plan storage requirements and conditions at assigned stores.
- Prepare work schedules and maintain records of inventories, shortages, and goods.
- Receive materials as per purchase orders and manage semi-finished materials.
- Organize the store and ensure proper cleanliness and arrangement.
- Communication: Foster two-way communication and build positive work relationships.
- Collaboration: Maintain partnerships and contribute to team success.
- Safety and Security: Observe safety procedures diligently.
- Minimum 6 years of experience in store management.
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma required.
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; ERP knowledge is a plus.
- Able to lift up to 50 pounds and perform tasks in a refinery or plant environment.
- Must wear safety equipment as required.
