• Manage warehouse personnel and monitor operational progress while prioritizing orders.
• Identify goods requiring special handling and effectively address inquiries.
• Ensure that all goods are accessible based on customer demand and that quality is met.
• Maintain awareness of warehouse consumption needs, such as office supplies and equipment repairs, following through to ensure delivery.

We are looking for a dedicated Storekeeper to manage inventory and ensure the proper storage, handling, and distribution of goods and materials. In this role, you will be responsible for regular stock checks, maintaining accurate inventory records, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive, inspect, and store incoming materials and supplies.
• Ensure proper documentation for all incoming and outgoing stock.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and update stock management systems.
• Monitor stock levels and notify relevant personnel of low stock or overstock situations.
• Organize and maintain the storage area in a clean, orderly, and safe condition.
• Issue materials and supplies as per requisition and ensure proper documentation.
• Conduct regular physical stock counts and reconcile with inventory records.

• Coordinate with purchasing, logistics, and other departments as needed.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional logistics or warehouse management training is a plus.
• Proven experience as a storekeeper or in a similar role.
• Knowledge of inventory management and basic supply chain procedures.
• Familiarity with inventory software or ERP systems.
• Basic computer skills (MS Office).
• Good organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to lift and move heavy items as required.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
