About the Job
As a Regional Logistics Lead, your day begins with reviewing logistics performance metrics and addressing any operational challenges that may have arisen overnight. You collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless coordination across transportation, warehousing, and inventory management. Throughout the day, you engage with your team, providing guidance and support while also meeting with logistics service providers to negotiate contracts and monitor service quality.

  • Develop and implement logistics strategies to support business objectives and ensure timely delivery of products and services.
  • Oversee all aspects of logistics operations, including transportation, warehousing, inventory management, and distribution.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize supply chain processes and improve overall efficiency.
  • Lead and mentor a team of logistics professionals, providing guidance and performance management.
  • Monitor logistics performance metrics, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions.

What You’ll Bring
  • Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in logistics and supply chain management, including at least 3 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven track record of managing logistics operations in a regional or global context.
  • Strong knowledge of logistics processes, transportation management, warehousing, and inventory control.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate a diverse team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with effective communication and interpersonal abilities to build stakeholder relationships.

This position is based in Dammam, with frequent travel required to various locations within the region.

  • Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in logistics software and tools.
  • Preferred SOLE, CLTD, CPSM, PMP or ICLT certificate.
