Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and control warehouse activities to ensure a safe working environment.
• Oversee daily operations focusing on product flow, including receiving goods, storage, picking, packing, and shipping.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant management systems such as QMS and EMS.
• Plan and prepare shipments to meet customer needs effectively.
• Control inventory based on established procedures.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives in collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• At least 5 years of warehouse operations experience, including 3 years in a management role.
• Strong command of English and proficiency in MS Office; experience with Dynamics is a plus.
• Familiarity with QMS standards is desirable.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• A team player with a passion for continuous improvement and leadership capability.
