Join Americana Group as a Warehouse Supervisor!
We're looking for an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to lead our warehouse operations in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. This role involves supervising, training, and providing direct assistance to warehouse operations, which include loading/unloading, receiving, sorting, put away, picking, and inventory control.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and lead warehouse operations, ensuring procedures and best practices are followed.
  • Drive a motivated workforce through effective coaching and feedback.
  • Maintain accurate inventory levels by leading physical counts and reconciling discrepancies.
  • Enforce safety standards and adhere to operational procedures.
  • Report KPIs and operational metrics to the Operations Manager weekly.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in supply chain or relevant field.
  • 5+ years of experience in warehousing within the food stuff industry.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of modern warehousing practices and methods.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and inventory management software.
  • Fluent in Arabic and English.
