  • 4–6 years of experience in spare parts warehouse management.
  • ERP (SAP) knowledge is required.
  • Strong leadership, planning, and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of spare parts for mechanical/electrical systems.

  • Reports to: Warehouse Supervisor

Overview:
The Warehouse Specialist is responsible for the effective and accurate management of warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and distributing materials, supplies, and products. This role ensures the warehouse operates efficiently, safely, and in compliance with all relevant company policies and standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Receive, inspect, and record incoming shipments of materials or products.
  • Organize and maintain inventory and storage areas according to company procedures.
  • Accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for dispatch or delivery.
  • Update inventory management systems to reflect incoming and outgoing goods.
  • Assist with periodic physical inventory counts and reconcile stock differences.
  • Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and hand trucks safely.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and security policies and procedures.
  • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the warehouse.
  • Coordinate with procurement, logistics, and other departments as needed.
  • Report damaged or missing goods to management in a timely manner.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives for warehouse processes.

Requirements
  • High school diploma.
