Job Description: Warehouse Specialist

• Position: Warehouse Specialist
• Location: Al-Qadsiah Club, Khobar, Saudi Arabia
• Reports to: Warehouse Supervisor

Overview:
The Warehouse Specialist is responsible for the effective and accurate management of warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and distributing materials, supplies, and products. This role ensures the warehouse operates efficiently, safely, and in compliance with all relevant company policies and standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive, inspect, and record incoming shipments of materials or products.
• Organize and maintain inventory and storage areas according to company procedures.
• Accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for dispatch or delivery.
• Update inventory management systems to reflect incoming and outgoing goods.
• Assist with periodic physical inventory counts and reconcile stock differences.
• Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and hand trucks safely.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and security policies and procedures.
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the warehouse.
• Coordinate with procurement, logistics, and other departments as needed.
• Report damaged or missing goods to management in a timely manner.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives for warehouse processes.

Requirements

• High school diploma.
• Previous experience in warehouse, logistics, or supply chain management preferred.
• Knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) and basic computer skills.
• Good organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.

About the Role: As a Warehouse Keeper at Napco National, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient management of materials within our warehouse operations. You will work closely with the production team and other departments to verify, manage, and record materials as they are received and processed. Key Responsibilities:

• Receive and verify Raw Material (RM) requisitions from the Production Team Leader.
• Arrange requested materials in coordination with the Fork-lift driver.
• Oversee material issuing processes on the ERP system.
• Manage waste segregation and baling activities.
• Conduct weekly and monthly inventory tasks as instructed by warehouse management.
