About The Role
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our dynamic sales team. In this role, you will be instrumental in tapping into new business opportunities and expanding our customer base through creative outreach strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage potential customers through cold calls, LinkedIn, emails, and other innovative methods to book meetings.
- Create and manage a steady pipeline for our sales team by qualifying prospects.
- Guide leads through the sales funnel, including appointment setting, follow-ups, and tracking progress towards sales goals.
- Utilize Salesforce (our CRM) to manage and track leads effectively.
- Stay updated on market trends and competitive landscape.
Qualifications:
- Up to 1 year of experience in outbound B2B SaaS sales (fast-paced startup experience is a plus). Fresh graduates eager to learn are welcome to apply.
- A fast learner who perseveres through challenges.
- Able to thrive in dynamic environments with multitasking skills.
- Passionate about delivering customer value and solving problems.
- Excellent relationship-building skills.
- Fluency in English; Arabic is a bonus.
