About the Role

Integrated Personnel Services Limited is seeking an Associate Business Systems Analyst to join their team in Dhahran, Eastern region. This full-time position involves supporting data management, business analysis, and process improvement initiatives within the organization. The role requires 2-5 years of relevant professional experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze and verify data to ensure accuracy and reliability.
• Maintain program records, dashboards, and performance metrics.
• Support the preparation of reports, presentations, and meeting documentation.
• Assist in identifying opportunities for process automation and improvement.
• Coordinate with HR teams and stakeholders to ensure compliance with program guidelines.
• Support data governance and maintain consistent data-entry standards.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's degree from a reputable university (online or distance-learning degrees are not accepted).
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant professional experience.
• Experience in Learning & Development is preferred.
• HR-related certifications, PMP, or Power BI certifications are considered an advantage.

Required Skills

• Excellent English communication and analytical skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and PDF Professional.
• Basic knowledge of Power BI and AI applications.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Dhahran, Eastern region. The role involves working within a team to support various business systems and process improvement initiatives.
